  • Mount Wellington* Summit – Towering 1270 metres behind the city, a great panoramic views of Hobart, Bruny Island, South Arm and the Iron Pot and the Tasman Peninsula
  • *In the event of strong wind and Mt Wellington is closed, it will be replaced with Mt Nelson
  • Check into accommodation and the rest of the day will be free at leisure

  • Tas Live Abalone Factory – Guided tour of the factory and tasting of freshly cooked abalone. After the tour you will also have the opportunity to purchase a variety of Australian Abalone.
  • Barilla Bay Oyster Farm – One of Tasmanian’s leading suppliers of premium pacific oysters. The Oysters are grown and harvested in Australia’s premium shellfish growing environment, the cold clean Southern Ocean waters of South East Tasmania. Go on a guided oyster farm tour to learn more about oyster farming, processing and packaging.
  • World Heritage-listed Port Arthur Historic Site – Is Australia's most intact and evocative convict site. The Historic Site has over 30 buildings, ruins and restored period homes set in 40 hectares of landscaped grounds
  • Eaglehawk Neck – See the Tessellated Pavement, Tasman’s Arch, the Blowhole and the Devil’s Kitchen, all striking natural formations

  • Salamanca Market – This weekly outdoor market, held every Saturday brings Hobart’s waterfront alive with the colours, sound and smells of Tasmania. The diverse range of nearly 300 stallholders includes original, hand-made Tasmanian pieces from woodwork to jewellery, fashion to fanciful, glassware and ceramics
  • Richmond – This Is a picture perfect town that tells the story of an early Australian colonial village and also home to Australia’s oldest bridge, built by convict labour
  • Sorell Fruit Farm* – Tasmania's cool climate gives extra flavour to its berry fruits and cherries, which are the specialty of Sorell Fruit Farm. The highlight of their fruit season is the cherry picking (starts from Dec to Jan). There are also range of the farm's award winning liqueurs and fruit wines, jams, honeys, vinaigrettes and pickles for purchase (Entrance & Fruit picking only available from November – May, NOT valid from June to End Sep)
  • Tahune Forest Airwalk and Visitor Centre – Walk among the giants of the forest with breathtaking views of the forest canopy, spine-tingling swinging bridges across the Huon and Picton Rivers. The AirWalk averages heights between 20-30metres above the forest floor, with the very last section, the cantilever, sitting at a height of 50 metres above the river and is where you will get the best views

  • Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary – The Sanctuary boasts wombats, koalas, birds, quolls and many amazing natives including the Tasmanian devils which are active during the day. The sanctuary also have over 80 free-roaming kangaroos that you can hand-feed
  • Visit Curringa Farm for a unique Aussie farm experience, there will be sheep shearing demonstration, farm dog demonstration as well as a comprehensive farm tour, there will also be the viewing crops when in season. End the tour with a delicious BBQ Lunch
  • Start our journey to Tasmanian World Heritage Wilderness Area and home to Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park
  • Tonight will be an unique experience staying overnight @ Cradle Mountain

  • Dove Lake @ Cradle Mountain – Dove Lake is one of Tasmania’s best-known natural attractions. Dove Lake is encircled by a walking track and a collection of short trails that branch off to lookouts. Walk up to the shoreline of Dove Lake and take in the stunning views across its expanse. On the northwestern shores, see the historic boatshed. Built in 1940, this boatshed is a popular spot for photographers. Snap a picture of the solitary structure against a backdrop of Cradle Mountain and the surrounding wilderness
  • Sheffield – A friendly rural town where history and art merge to create an entire town of murals
  • Ashgrove Farm Cheese – Taste award winning cheeses. View the cheese-making and maturing area. Chance to purchase a great range of Ashgrove cheese, milk, butter and ice cream and other premium Tasmanian products
  • Tasmanian Honey Company – Honey tasting as well as purchasing some famous Tasmania honey
  • Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company – Taste some of Tasmania’s award winning jams and chutneys

  • Bridestowe Lavender Estate – One of the most beautiful sights in Tasmania during December and January. Bridestowe Lavender Estate is spectacular at any time of year, with vistas spanning over 260 acres of lavender fields. The visitor centre is stocked with unique products containing Bridestowe's famous lavender oil and dried flower. Bridestowe is also home of the famous Bobbie the Lavender Heat Pack Bear. (Flowering only starts in middle of November to January)
  • Jansz Tasmania Wine and Interpretative Centre – Find out why Tasmanian sparkling is among the best in the world while being guided through a tasting of the Jansz Tasmania range
  • Platypus House – Is a unique attraction where you can see the Platypus and Echidnas in daylight conditions and undercover (Tasmanian platypus and echidnas breeding season is in August to November)
  • Cataract Gorge Reserve – A unique natural formation located just minutes from the city centre. It also houses the world longest single span chairlift (One Way chairlift included)
