Our recent awards: Singapore Service Class 2015, Singapore Service Excellence Medallion 2015, TTG Travel Award’s Best Travel Agency Singapore 2014 and Enterprise 50 2013 serve as a public endorsement for our dedicated staff and Management to continuously upgrade ourselves in customer travel service. We were also awarded the prestigious Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Singapore Chapter’s inaugural award for best practices to improve work processes. Dynasty Travel continues to innovate as we strive to fulfil our customers’ ever-growing needs.
In 2009, we introduced Singapore’s first travel website that offers online payment for group tour packages. In the following year, we incorporated the premium club lounge in all our group tours to provide more value for our customers as well as starting the industry’s first and best Travel Rewards Programme.
To cater to the technologically savvy customers of today, we introduced several new initiatives; they include the AXS payment system in 2011 and the iDynasty iPhone application in 2012. We have also revolutionized the way we work and serve our customers by converting our sales system to the Tourix iPad System, a proprietary solution that not only helps to increase our productivity and efficiency, but also provides the customer more information during time of booking. These technological innovations are just the tip of the ice-berg as Dynasty Travel is always constantly advancing forward.
