DAY 2 JOHANNESBURG
Upon arrival in Tambo International Airport, we will be met by our ground handling agent. After leaving the airport, we will begin our Johannesburg city sightseeing. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and check-in and the afternoon will be free at leisure until our time to meet for dinner. In the evening, meet in the hotel lobby and transfer to restaurant for tonight dinner.

DAY 3 JOHANNESBURG – MAKALALI PRIVATE GAME RESERVE (KRUGER NATIONAL PARK)
This morning, we will depart for Kruger National Park, a journey of approximately five hours depending on traffic, to begin our two-night safari experience. Upon arrival at the lodge, we’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and a brief introduction to the bush environment. Lunch will be served at the lodge, followed later by high tea on the deck as we prepare for our afternoon game drive. We’ll head out in search of the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo—along with the many other incredible species that call Kruger home. Dinner will be enjoyed back at the lodge to end the day.

DAY 4 MAKALALI PRIVATE GAME RESERVE (KRUGER NATIONAL PARK)
 

This morning, we will head out on an early game drive in an open safari vehicle, accompanied by qualified and knowledgeable guides as we search for Africa’s Big Five and a variety of other wildlife. After the drive, we’ll return to the lodge for breakfast, followed by leisure time to relax and unwind. For those interested, optional activities such as a guided bush walk or a spa treatment are available at the lodge at your own expense.

Lunch will be served at the lodge before we set out again in the afternoon for our second game drive, offering another opportunity to encounter more wildlife. We’ll enjoy a scenic sundowner stop in the bush, complete with light snacks, before returning to the lodge. Return to the lodge for our dinner and the night.

DAY 5 MAKALALI PRIVATE GAME RESERVE (KRUGER NATIONAL PARK) – VICTORIA FALLS (ZIMBABWE)
Today marks the end of our safari experience, but not before we enjoy one final morning game drive before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After checking out, we will transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, a journey of approximately three hours, for our regional flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe—home to one of the world’s most spectacular waterfalls, set along the majestic Zambezi River that forms the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Upon arrival, we will be greeted by our local guide and, after lunch, proceed to the hotel for check-in. In the evening, we will head out for a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, followed by dinner.

DAY 6 VICTORIA FALLS (ZIMBABWE)
This morning, we’ll take a guided tour of Victoria Falls, walking through the lush rainforest nourished by the falls’ constant spray and enjoying its vibrant plant and bird life while taking in the spectacular views of the falls themselves. After the tour, we’ll depart for the 12-minute Helicopter Flight of Angels, offering breathtaking aerial views of Victoria Falls, weather permitting. Lunch will be served at the Lookout Café, perched on the edge of the Batoka Gorge with panoramic views of the gorge and the Victoria Falls Bridge. Following lunch, we’ll return to the hotel for some leisure time before heading out in the evening to enjoy The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show, a lively and immersive experience featuring traditional African cuisine, drumming, and dancing under the starry African sky.
 
*In the events hotel in and /or flight out of Zimbabwe are not available, we will stay in Livingstone as an alternative. Tours and activities will have no change or minimal changes / alternation with major sites are not affected.

DAY 7 VICTORIA FALLS – CHOBE NATIONAL PARK – VICTORIA FALLS
This morning, we’ll depart on a full-day trip to Chobe National Park in northeastern Botswana, home to the world’s largest elephant population, impressive lion prides, massive buffalo herds, and more than 460 bird species. The day includes a three-hour game-viewing boat cruise on the Chobe River—one of the few rivers in the world that flows in two directions depending on the season—followed by a buffet lunch at a local hotel and a three-hour afternoon game drive through the park. Afterward, we’ll return to our Victoria Falls hotel to freshen up, and in the evening we’ll meet in the lobby for our transfer to dinner at the Zambezi Explore Eatery.

DAY 8 VICTORIA FALLS – CAPE TOWN
This morning, breakfast at hotel before our transfer to Victoria Falls International Airport. Upon arrival at Cape Town, we will be met by our local representative and local guide and transferred to our hotel. In the evening, meet at hotel lobby for our Chinese dinner tonight.

DAY 9 CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, we’ll depart for a Cape Town City Tour, beginning with a visit to Table Mountain, weather permitting, where clear days offer sweeping views of the city, the Waterfront, Camps Bay, the Hottentots Holland Mountains, and the Cape Peninsula stretching toward Cape Point. Back in the city, we’ll stroll through the historic Company Gardens before visiting the Castle of Good Hope, built between 1666 and 1679 and known as the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa. The late afternoon will be at leisure, and in the evening we’ll meet in the hotel lobby for our transfer to Pigalle Restaurant for dinner.

DAY 10 CAPE TOWN – CAPE PENINSULA – CAPE TOWN
We will depart on a full-day Cape Peninsula Tour, beginning with a cruise to Seal Island where the crew shares insights about the area and its Cape fur seals, with views of the playful animals through the glass bottom. From there, we’ll enjoy a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast and over the iconic Chapman’s Peak Drive, stopping briefly for photos of Hout Bay, before continuing to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. At Cape Point, we’ll take the funicular up to the lighthouse for breathtaking ocean views, then enjoy a seafood platter lunch at The Gallery Restaurant in Fish Hoek. After lunch, we’ll visit historic Simon’s Town and the famous Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, where wooden walkways offer close views of the endangered African penguins. We’ll return to Cape Town in the evening for dinner at a lively pan-African restaurant featuring live entertainment and djembe drumming.

DAY 11 CAPE TOWN – WINELAND – CAPE TOWN
Today we will travel to the Cape Winelands, heading to Stellenbosch, a charming university town just 45 minutes from Cape Town, known for its vibrant culinary scene, historic architecture, and picturesque setting surrounded by mountains, vineyards, and nature reserves. We’ll visit Clos Malverne Wine Estate in the Devon Valley for a lunch and wine-pairing experience at its elegant restaurant. After a relaxing day in the Winelands, we’ll return to the hotel to freshen up before meeting in the lobby for our evening transfer to Pigalle Restaurant, where a smart-casual dress code applies and guests can enjoy superb dining accompanied by live entertainment and dancing. We will then return to Cape Town for the night.
